yes, there are many, but here are just two:
1. Surveys that don't allow you to explain your answer.
2. Food packages that put the directions right at the "tear here" spot.

Pillsbury biscuits do that. I always rip up the part that tells me what to set the oven to.
oh, that's true, busy -- i couldn't think of any specific examples, but i've definitely had that problem with those containers!
i almost always want to explain my answer. yes or no or 1 or 10 doesn't always convey my feelings.
me either -- i take waaay too long to do those ratings quizzes!
and you can't ask them just what they mean by a certain question, either.
