Of course actually figuring out what right and wrong actually are is the tricky part. Just because everybody believes something certainly does not make it right. Of course, neither does it make it wrong. And then perhaps everyone is wrong and some are just more right.
As a someone once said:
When people thought the earth was flat, they were wrong. When people thought the earth was spherical, they were wrong. But if you think that thinking the earth is spherical is just as wrong as thinking the earth is flat, then your view is wronger than both of them put together.
And of course, Mary Ellen was the hottest of all...
that's why we need the Bible to tell us these things :)
