Why does the guy on the Kaboom cleaning product commercials feel it's necessary to always yell?

It's been a while since I've seen that, but yeah, I don't get it -- I think it's b/c it's kind of a local commercial (they're always bad -- including the sound quality) -- but VERY annoying!
they're always louder on bad commercials
The product name is KABOOM...it just makes sense.
