Sharing a Bed (Don't Worry - It's Rated G)

One of the problems with sharing a bed is that when Person A (who is always hot) throws the blankets off his side, Person B (who is always cold) ends up with the blankets doubled on her side, and then she gets too hot.
If somebody could figure out a solution to this, I would nominate him/her for the Nobel Peace Prize.

I'm the hot one, but I'm sure my husband would like an invention for that, too:)

the other problem is when a girl of relatively small size takes up the entire bed so that a slighty tallish girl has no room

you'd think that would violate the laws of physics, wouldn't you?

i'm a bit confused...

but don't they have temperature-controlled seats in some cars? couldn't they use the same technology on beds??

I just use tons of afghans on my side of the bed. I like a really heavy bed. Our comforter is really wimpy so that helps.

they have dual-control electric blankets, and we thought we bought one (full size), but it turns out that only the king and queen size have two separate controls (dumb!)

at my mom's house, which in the winter is north pole-cold, i pile the blankets on my side. but here it's not really cold enough for that.
