Cookie Dough

Some people I know (I'm not mentioning names, Chris) think cookie dough is a bad thing. They say if you eat it raw, you'll die of salmonella.
That may be true, but I ask you:
Would you rather die from being shot with a thousand arrows, or from eating cookie dough?
Would you rather die from being eaten by piranhas, or from eating cookie dough?
Would you rather die from being thrown into a volcano, or from eating cookie dough?

I think I've made my point.

i'm not sure about what salmonella does though... i mean, does it cause a slow and agonizing death? cuz then i think i might take the... um... ok, maybe the cookie dough (at least there's some good with the bad:)

You've never actually had salmonella have you? It isn't worth it...trust me on this one.

is it worse than having chickens peck your guts out? because i'm thinking i'd go with salmonella on that one...

Cookie dough is a wonderful thing-when measured in EXACT tablesboons, baked at exactly 350 degrees for 10.2 minutes. If the Salmonella doesn't get you the really picky baker might... and as far as those piranahs, the survival show on Discovery taught me you can shot them with an improvised bow and arrow- rost them on your fire made by banging rocks together, and they are a gourmet meal!

Or tablespoons...whatever!

good news about the piranhas - except that i'd probably accidentally shoot myself with the bow & arrow instead.

List of things NOT to take if you are going to be in a survival situation:

1: Cookie dough- can't bake it, dangerous

2: hobbitsister- danger to herself...

3: dictionary- because there nobody cares if you can spell tablespoon, shoot, OR roast...

It's late, bed time!

Remember when I almost died of that incredibly painful heart problem? Salmonella was worse. (And messier, too.)

but was your salmonella caused by cookie dough?

i wouldn't vote you off, didder. if i did there would be no chance i could win. i have to have someone there who would be worse than i.

Yeah- but wouldn't that just have the same effect as that new diet drug?

except you'd GAIN weight instead of losing it ... or maybe you'd break even ;) :))
